Before ordering the service, please check if the area where the vehicle will be washed meets the following 3 conditions:

Safety condition: If the vehicle is parked by the road, our employees might obstruct traffic participants while washing the vehicle, and there is a risk that a driver might hit an employee while working. Therefore, we cannot accept orders under such conditions.

Technical conditions: For quality vehicle cleaning, we need approximately 1 meter of space on all sides of the car to open the trunk and all four doors wide. Additionally, we need a place to park our vehicle, which carries all the equipment for the job. If you do not have the technical conditions, unfortunately, we will not be able to wash your vehicle.

Owner’s permission: Lavanda Dry can wash vehicles in open public spaces, private parking lots, and garages if the safety and technical conditions are met. However, if the space is owned by someone else (e.g., office building, shopping center, public garage), it is necessary to obtain the owner’s permission to wash vehicles in their premises.
The ideal conditions are business garages or parking lots owned by your company or courtyard parking lots where we can park our vehicle and have enough space around your vehicle to wash it thoroughly from all sides.
Available locations
Public outdoor parking lots (OK)
Services in city public parking lots are mostly available without restrictions.
The only thing the user needs to ensure is enough space around the car (approx. 90 cm) so that our employees can clean all parts of the vehicle without hindrance.
If there is not enough space around the car, the owner must give consent that our employees can move the vehicle to the extent that this will be sufficient for smooth cleaning. If there is not enough space even after moving the car, the parts of the car will unfortunately not be cleaned satisfactorily.
Vertical parking

Services in these types of parking lots are only available if there is enough space around the car for smooth cleaning.
A good test for owners is to try opening the car doors wide on both sides. If the door can be opened wide (mainly in places that are intended for only one car), then we have satisfactory conditions.
Otherwise, the provision of services in such places can be questionable if our repairmen do not have enough space for quality cleaning on all sides of the car.
Garages in commercial buildings (mostly OK)
Business buildings usually support this type of service to provide greater comfort to their employees and to contribute to the conservation of natural resources.
If we do not yet have a contract with the owner of your office building, contact us so that we can provide washing at your location as soon as possible.
Private property (OK)
There are no restrictions on private properties. The owner only needs to ensure access to the car from all sides (i.e. that all doors and trunk can be opened fully without hindrance)
Locations where we do not provide service
Side parking
When parking on the side right next to the road, cleaning is a problem for the safety of our employees because they have to clean the side surfaces of the cars while the traffic is moving.
Therefore, we would prefer to avoid possible complications in these places and protect our employees and all road users.
Locations where there are already some other car washes
In office buildings or other locations where there are already car washes with exclusive contracts for the provision of car cleaning services, we cannot provide Lavender Dry services
Locations where we do not have a work permit
Locations (mainly closed type) with which we do not yet have contracts for the provision of our services are not available at this time.
However, we are working rapidly to sign contracts with as many business and commercial buildings as possible in order to enable the availability of Lavender Dry services in as many locations as possible.
