As part of our quality control process, we photograph the vehicle from all sides before and after your car is cleaned. In this way, we can see if there was any new damage to the car after we took it over.
We usually clean your car in your car park at home or at work and do not move the car during the cleaning. Therefore, the chances of us damaging your car during cleaning are very small. However, if this happens, our insurance company will cover any justified damage.
Under our terms and conditions, we are not responsible for any valuables you leave in your car. So if you have any valuables in your car, please take them with you before leaving your car for cleaning.
This largely depends on factors such as time of week, rainy or sunny day, holiday season, etc. Sometimes you will get an appointment on the same day, and sometimes the first available appointment will be in 2 or 3 days. To make sure you get the appointment you want, we advise you to book the service at least 2 or 3 days in advance.
Before ordering the service, please check whether the area where the vehicle will be washed meets the following 3 conditions:
1. Safety condition: If the vehicle is parked on the side of the road, our employees could disturb road users while washing the vehicle, and there is a risk that one of the drivers will hit the employee while he is working, so in such conditions we cannot accept the order.
2. Technical conditions : For high-quality cleaning of the vehicle, we need approx. 1 m of space from all the apartments around the car so that we can open the trunk and all 4 doors wide. In addition, we also need a place where we can park our vehicle in which we carry all the work equipment. If you do not have the technical conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to wash your vehicle.
3. Permission of the space owner : Lavanda Dry can wash vehicles in open public spaces, in private parking lots and garages, if the safety and technical conditions are met. However, if the space is owned by another person (e.g. office building, shopping center, public garage), then it is necessary to obtain the permission of the owner so that we can track vehicles in their space.
The ideal conditions are business garages or parking lots owned by your company or yard parking lots where we can park our vehicle and where we have enough space around your vehicle to wash it well from all sides.
The difference in the cost of transportation between our partner network and your partner network is that our partner network pays us a portion of the fees for the volumes of vehicles we bring to them each month. With this fee, we subsidize the cost of transportation, which includes the fee for two people who need to work in tandem (one drives his car, the other drives your car), the fuel fee and the cost of his own car, and the cost of the working hours spent on the entire process (the process can take several hours).
When we drive the vehicle to your partner network, we charge the full cost of transporting the vehicle to the service center and back.
Auto Service prices depend on many factors: type of car, engine power, year of manufacture, type of service you need, plus possible costs of parts that need to be changed (eg brakes), which mechanics only see when they do the initial inspection.
Therefore, it is impossible to form a price in advance, as is the case with Car Wash services.
For this reason, the simplest process is to provide as much information as possible to our consultant during the consultation appointment, who will then issue you an approximate service cost offer based on the information provided.
The consultant will also advise you on how to avoid some unnecessary costs and how to achieve the best quality-price ratio for the services you need.

Yes, it is a common occurrence. The price can be higher, or it can be lower, depending on whether some part of the vehicle needs to be changed that we do not know needs to be changed at the time of issuing the offer, or if the service technician in the field has determined that there is no need to replace some parts that are were initially listed on the offer.
In any case, the specialist who will drive your car to the service will be in contact with you and when there is a change in the performance and/or price of the service, he will call you and ask for your approval for an additional part, service and price change compared to initial offer.
If you do not approve such a price change, our employee will return the vehicle to your address and you will only be charged the price of the transportation service.
