Please note that in these cases, as the data controller, we remain responsible for processing your data.

Additionally, we may share data with our partners who provide services independently, regardless of your relationship with us. For example, if you order services from our partners through us or give us consent to share your data with partners, or if a partner is involved in processing based on legal grounds.

Finally, we may share data with government authorities if required by legal obligations.

Are My Data Subject to Automated Processing?

We do not use your data for processing that involves automated decision-making.

  • Right to object: You can object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest regarding specific data processing that relates to you (Article 21(1) GDPR);

  • Right to data portability: You can request that the personal data relating to you, which you have provided to us, be transferred to another service provider in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (Article 20 GDPR);

  • You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and your data processed based on that consent will no longer be used.
