Terms & Conditions

By ordering the Service from Lavanda Dry Ltd. ("Company"), you accept the following General Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment for Services

The Company's services that you have chosen on the website or in the application are paid in advance. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay (depending on availability) through the Stripe system. Business (B2B) customers may pay by bank transfer, according to a special agreement. The Company has the right to cancel or limit its Service depending on availability and the Company's resource availability.

2. Pricing

The prices of services, expressed in euros, are listed in the Company's price list on the website. The Company has the right to change the price of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Contacting the User

In order to provide a better and more accurate execution of the selected Service, the Company has the right to contact you as a User by phone or SMS. Once the Service is agreed upon, the Company may send reminders regarding the scheduled arrival time or execution of the Service. The Company may also send other notifications suitable for users.

4. Liability

The Company will exercise due care in performing the Service and will perform the Service in accordance with professional standards and within a reasonable time.

The Company will take all reasonable measures to ensure that its employees exercise due care in performing the Service and reasonably take care of the vehicle at the location where the vehicle is washed and cleaned, as long as it is under the supervision and care of the Company. At the same time, the Company does not assume responsibility for the following:

- Damage, loss of the vehicle, any of its accessories, or any other vehicle inventory and/or damage to any other property arising from or in connection with the Company's supervision of the vehicle after the Company and/or its employee notified the User of the damage and/or after the User has taken possession of and inspected the vehicle and approved the Service (without informing the Company and/or its employee of the existence of any damage).
- Where it is proven that such liability arises, and only to the extent proven to arise, as a result of intent or negligence, a criminal offense, or any other violation of the law by the User.
Furthermore, the Company does not assume responsibility for any damage, regardless of how it occurred, if the damage arises from or is related to the seizure of the vehicle by a public authority.

Company employees are not authorized to accept any valuables or other items for safekeeping, therefore the Company will not be liable for the loss or damage of such items if the User left them in the Company's or its employees' custody.

Users are required to store their valuables in a secure place before leaving the vehicle with the Company.

5. Vehicle Condition Check

While the User's vehicle is under the supervision and care of the Company, the Company is authorized to check the general condition of the vehicle. Company employees are authorized, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy, to collect data about the vehicle for the purpose of better execution of the Service, including photographing customers' vehicles before and after the Service and conducting an inspection to determine if there are any damages or scratches.

6. Right to Amend the Order

The User has the right to cancel the Service order. If the User cancels the order more than 1 hour before the scheduled service time, the Company will not charge for it. If the User cancels the order within 1 hour of the scheduled time, the full price of the Service will be charged.

7. User Responsibilities

Before the start of the Service, the User is obliged to disclose to the Company and/or its employees any defects, damages, and scratches on their vehicle that are known or suspected and may affect the execution of the Company's service.
